You may not sublicense, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original codebase

8. Limitation of Liability

AD-Bastar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last three (3) months prior to the claim
9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, designs, trademarks, technology, and branding related to our Services remain the intellectual property of AD-Bastar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand name, logo, or materials without written permission.
10. Termination
